This is a reminder that there will be a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Long Elementary School tomorrow, Saturday, March 12, from 9 - 3 for those ages 5 and up. First, second and booster vaccinations will be available.
Madison Student Support Center will be release at 1:30 pm Friday March 11, 2022 in addition to the previous announcement.

There will be a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Long Elementary School this Saturday, March 12th, from 9 to 3. This clinic is open to those ages 5 and up, those under 18 will need to have an adult present. First, second and booster shots will be available. If you received your first vaccination at the clinic on February 12th this is a great opportunity to get your second vaccination.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a district employment application, submit to a background check and, if not a current certified district employee, complete the IHSA Coaching Certification Course before practice begins.

Due to poor road conditions and the forecast for significant sleet as some freezing rain beginning tomorrow morning, Madison CUSD #12 will not be in attendance tomorrow, February 24th. We will return on Friday, February 25th.
