Influenza is thought to spread mainly person-to-person through coughing or sneezing of infected people. If you get sick, CDC recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them |

In light of the recent reports of Swine Flu in the U.S. we are providing this information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. While there have been no reports of Swine Flu in Illinois (at this time the closest is Ohio) we do want to be as proactive as possible in encouraging students to take whatever preventative measures they can while at school. |
